Terms of Use

These terms describe use of the Gilmer Research Partners (Gilmer) website and Gilmer Finance platform operated by Gilmer Asset Management LLC, 5312 Rayburn Rd, Louisville, KY 40272. Use the service only if you can enter into the applicable agreement and, when acting for a firm, have authority to do so. A separately agreed customer contract or order form controls where it conflicts with these general terms. These terms do not replace your advisory firm’s obligations to its clients.

The service provides market information, research, and analytical tools. General research is not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer to transact, or a guarantee of results. A subscription alone does not create an investment advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or custody relationship.

Portfolio, tax, planning, model, and AI outputs depend on their inputs and assumptions. Review source dates, methodology, limitations, and the accompanying disclosures before relying on an output. Advisors remain responsible for suitability, supervision, client communications, and decisions made in their professional capacity.

The Terminal is not an instruction to a broker or custodian. Do not treat a proposed allocation, model trade, or analytical result as confirmation of an executed transaction.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the access assigned to you. Do not share an individual user account or use another firm’s credentials. Firm administrators are responsible for authorizing users and promptly requesting removal of access that is no longer appropriate.

Access depends on your account, firm permissions, and purchased entitlements. A subscription does not grant unrestricted access to another user’s or firm’s data. Contact Gilmer promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Where online checkout is available, review the product, price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes shown before completing checkout. A recurring subscription renews under the terms displayed at checkout or in your order until canceled. Negotiated firm and multi-user arrangements are governed by the applicable order or agreement.

Use the billing controls available from your account to manage an eligible Stripe subscription. If those controls are unavailable, contact Gilmer through your established account contact or the address below. Review the cancellation confirmation for its effective date; signing out or stopping use does not itself cancel a subscription.

Refunds, credits, and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable agreement and law. This page does not create a blanket no-refund policy or waive mandatory consumer rights. Announced or proposed plans are not a purchase commitment until included in the checkout or agreement you accept.

Use content within the scope of your subscription or agreement and the rights applicable to its sources. Availability of a download or export does not grant unrestricted redistribution rights. Preserve source attribution, dates, methodology, and required disclosures when using an authorized export.

Do not bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute restricted data without permission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another user, or attempt to obtain another firm’s information.

You and your firm retain your rights in information you supply. Supply only information you are authorized to provide and that the relevant workflow permits. Gilmer processes that information to provide and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement; uploading it does not make it public.

Data and features can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or temporarily unavailable. No uninterrupted service, error-free data, investment return, or future feature is promised by these general terms. Consult primary sources and retain the records needed for your own obligations.

Browser working state is not a reliable archive. A report feature’s persistence and export controls do not by themselves establish that it meets your books-and-records obligations. Confirm the record categories, retention, supervision and access arrangements applicable to your firm before relying on it for recordkeeping.

Third-party websites, data, payment services, and enabled AI services may have their own terms. Gilmer content does not imply that a regulator, exchange, source agency, or provider endorses Gilmer.

Access may be restricted to address unauthorized use, security concerns, or an account’s entitlement status, subject to applicable agreements and law. The revision date identifies changes to these terms; material contractual changes remain subject to any notice or acceptance requirements that apply.

Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No arbitration requirement, choice of governing law, liability cap, or additional indemnity is created by this page.
